Job Description
We are seeking a skilled individual with strong communication abilities and fluency in spoken English for our USA-based project at AUTO CONNECT.
Candidates must have experience in the packaging industry, totaling at least 3 years. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing incoming calls, chats, and emails.
- Generating sales inquiries and collaborating closely with the sales and project managers.
- Customer needs assessment and coordination with the estimation team.
- Follow-ups to convert inquiries into sales while handling customer complaints effectively.
Job Schedule: 8 PM to 5 AM with weekends off. Salary ranges from Rs40,00 to Rs200,00 plus commissions.
