Job Description
Location: On-site – Multan
Our client, Sperton Pakistan, is looking for a skilled Production Supervisor to optimize PU-based production processes. The ideal candidate will ensure production efficiency while upholding safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily PU production operations.
- Monitor equipment performance and manage inventory.
- Troubleshoot issues and prepare production reports.
- Train and mentor team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 4–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
Shift: Morning | Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs125,00.00 per month
