Job Description
Synercon is seeking a motivated Research Assistant to join our team. Key responsibilities include conducting thorough literature reviews, assisting in research on standard codes and construction methods, and gathering and analyzing data through site surveys and material testing. Additionally, you will prepare reports, technical documentation, and support experimental setups.
The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, along with prior research experience in a relevant field. Familiarity with research methodologies and data collection techniques is beneficial. This is a full-time position.
