Job Description
Multi MZ Collections is seeking a dedicated HR & Admin Officer. The Admin HR Officer is responsible for managing HR policies, overseeing administrative functions, and ensuring smooth organizational operations. This role supports recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, and general office management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collecting and verifying employee attendance and timesheets.
- Coordinating with finance to process monthly payroll.
- Managing office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Overseeing office cleanliness and organization.
- Training and mentoring housekeeping staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs35,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience: 1 year as an HR & Admin Officer (Preferred)
