Job Description

A leading Telecom Company is seeking a skilled Customer Premises Associate (CPA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for phone line installation, internet cable installation, TV fiber cable installation, and troubleshooting services. You will also be tasked with resolving customer complaints effectively.
