Job Description
A reputed telecom company, ASK Development Pvt Limited, is seeking a Customer Care Support Representor (Premium) to join their team in Lahore.
Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer calls, provide online support, follow up with operations for fault rectification, create/close network trouble tickets, and maintain fault records.
Qualifications: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree; experience preferred in a UK-based call center (fresher with good communication skills may apply).
Salary: Rs32,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month, plus incentives up to 10K.
Shifts: Male candidates: rotating (morning, evening, night); Female candidates: morning shift only.
