Job Description

Mercy Corps Pakistan is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Office (HOO) to provide strategic leadership and management for our programs in Sindh. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in project management and will be responsible for program implementation, development, partnerships, and stakeholder coordination. This full-time position, based in Hyderabad-Sindh, requires strong resource management skills and adherence to organizational protocols.

The selected HOO will play a key role in developing new programs in line with our country strategy and global initiatives while mentoring the field team and overseeing staff development.
