Job Description
Role Overview:
Abacus Consulting is seeking a skilled Email Support Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills and have previous experience in email and chat support within a call center environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer emails and chat inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Resolve queries effectively and efficiently.

Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree and prior call center experience is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong problem-solving abilities and multitasking proficiency, are essential.
