Job Description
Ahmad Medix (Life Care) is a leading designer and manufacturer of advanced emergency vehicles including ambulances, mobile healthcare units, and firefighting vehicles. We are seeking a dedicated Procurement Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and issuance of purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and inventory levels.
- Assist with procurement-related reporting and data entry.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing and communication with internal departments.
Requirements:
- Minimum FA/BA with computer literacy.
- 1-2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
