Job Description
Al Siddique Associates is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Male Receptionist with knowledge in accounting for a hotel project. The successful candidate will manage front desk operations, support administrative and financial tasks, and perform other duties as assigned by management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients professionally.
- Handle phone calls, messages, and inquiries.
- Manage billing and documentation.
- Maintain records and schedules.
- Learn and operate necessary software.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
