Job Description

Resource Service Group (RSG) is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our inbound customer service department.

Location: 21A, Block Q Gulberg 2, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling customer calls and resolving complaints through phone, email, live chat, or social media.
• Assisting customers with order placements, refunds, or exchanges.
• Providing excellent service and maintaining active communication.

Candidates should possess basic to strong phone contact handling skills, familiarity with CRM systems, and the ability to work night shifts or overtime if needed.

Salary ranges from Rs45,00.00 to Rs85,00.00 per month based on experience.
