Job Description
Agile Tribe Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Inbound Taxi Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in English, both written and verbal, and possess over a year of experience in customer service.
Core responsibilities include managing incoming phone calls, resolving customer complaints, providing introductory information to new customers, and escalating queries as needed.
This is a full-time position requiring 55 – 75 hours of work per week. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Islamabad or plan to relocate before starting work. Availability for the graveyard shift is essential.
