Job Description
LINK HR Consultants is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Answer phone calls and direct callers to appropriate personnel.
- Respond to emails and manage calendars for senior staff.
- Draft and edit letters, reports, and other documents.
- Prepare meeting agendas and take meeting minutes.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, including room setup and catering.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs35,00.00 per month
Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience: Relevant: 2 years (Preferred)
