Job Description
The Australian Concept Infertility Medical Center is inviting applications for the position of Customer Services Officer & Cashier at our Islamabad IVF Clinic. The ideal candidate will guide patients, manage follow-ups, and handle cash transactions with precision. Responsibilities include addressing patient inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining detailed records in our CRM system, alongside managing all cash transactions and ensuring security.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, prior administrative experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills. The position is full-time with a pay starting at Rs30,00.00 per month.
