Responsibilities:
– Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets by converting assigned leads.
– Present offerings to prospective customers and negotiate effectively.
– Build lasting relationships with clients and manage objections.
– Ensure flawless execution of SOPs in the field.
– Collaborate with the Central team to address ongoing transaction issues.
Skills Required:
– Proven ability to sell in a B2C environment with a target-driven mindset.
– Excellent communication skills in local language and basic English.
– Graduate with 2 years of experience in Field Sales (Banking, Finance, Telecom, etc.).
– Age between 25-33 years. Driving license and 2-wheeler required.
