Job Description
Xcentric Services is looking for an experienced HR Manager to enhance our HR functions. Responsibilities include overseeing onboarding, developing HR strategies, managing performance appraisals, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field and at least 2 years of experience in a software house. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are vital. Female candidates preferred.
