Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 7 years of experience in apprenticeship liaison or a similar role.
- At least 2 completed similar assignments.
- Candidates must come from the development sector.
Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, including admin tasks and scheduling.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for program implementation.
- Develop guidelines and design online training modules.
- Deliver engaging training sessions and provide ongoing support.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and collaborate for continuous improvement.
