Job Description
Excel Solutions is seeking a dynamic Call Centre Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle outbound calls, provide excellent customer service, and promote our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate customer records
