Job Description

HRSG – Innovative Business Solutions is seeking a General Manager/Unit Head for Operations & Productions in the Coatings, Construction Chemicals, and Polyurethane sectors for a leading client in the Chemical Manufacturing industry.

Location: Multan, Punjab (Plant)

Salary: PKR 350,00 – 500,00 per month + Benefits

Responsibilities:

– Lead product divisions, ensuring growth and innovation.

– Oversee product lifecycle and team management.

– Maintain key client and supplier relationships.

Requirements:

– 10+ years of leadership experience.

– Strong product development background.

– Master’s or PhD in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
