Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Store IT Manager responsible for overseeing IT systems operations, including Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, billing software, and inventory management tools. You will ensure hardware availability, provide technical support, and manage data compliance and security, while training store staff on IT systems.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science, possess 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT operations, and have strong problem-solving skills. Proficiency in managing IT infrastructure and excellent communication abilities are essential.
