Job Description

Xcentric Services, a local retail BPO in DHA (Lahore), is looking for a dedicated Call Center Agent. Responsibilities include managing customer orders, verifying client information, and providing product guidance.

Preferred candidates should have fresh to 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in the Retail or Call Center industry. Fluent English and Urdu skills are required.
