Job Description
We are Digitech Outsourcing Solution, an INBOUND Customer Service Provider (no sales), servicing clients across the US, Canada, and Europe. We operate 24/7 and are seeking dedicated candidates with prior inbound CSR experience, especially from US or UK campaigns.
Job Duties:
- Handling customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone calls
- Resolving service inquiries and complaints
- Participating in training and team meetings
- Collaboration with team members
- Adaptability to various shift schedules
Compensation: Rs. 65,00 to Rs. 80,00 salary + performance bonuses.
