Job Description

Become a vital part of Blackbird Packaging as an “Email Chat Support Executive & Customer Services Representative.”

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat.
• Provide solutions with a positive attitude.
• No experience necessary; excellent communication skills required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Intermediate or equivalent education.
• Bachelor’s degree preferable.
• Basic knowledge of Web Surfing and MS Office (Word & Excel only).

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Internship, Fresher. Contract length: 6 months.
