Job Description
Prima Systems is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Patient Support Specialist. In this full-time role, you will assist patients with appointment scheduling through phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage patient appointments.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Maintain patient records in EMR/EHR systems.
- Verify insurance information.
- Educate patients on appointment processes.
Requirements:
- Experience in US-based customer or patient support.
- Proficient in EMR/EHR systems.
