Job Description

A leading telecommunications company, ASK Development, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Handling inbound calls
• Providing solutions to customer queries
• Managing customer complaints

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Intermediate
• Age: 18 – 35
• Fluent English communication skills
• Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, preferably with UK-based companies

Salary: Rs45,00 – Rs60,00 per month (including incentives up to Rs15,00), plus free medical insurance.

Shifts: Rotational for males; morning shift only for females. Work from home option available after probation.
