• Plan and execute BTL activities
• Aim to achieve KPIs and set targets for BTL activities
• Conduct field audits and back-check activation programs
• Hire quality resources for BTL projects
• Evaluate vendors based on their performance and capabilities
• Audit invoices after project completion
• Monitor and track project performance daily and weekly
• Analyze projects by zone and town
• Liaise with the sales team for area JC planning
• Report on competition activities

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate
• 2 years of BTL experience in a reputable FMCG
