Job Description

A leading telecommunications company, ASK Development Pvt Limited, is seeking a dedicated Customer Services Representative. The successful candidate will manage inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and resolve complaints.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s or Intermediate
• Age: 18 – 35
• Fluent in English
• Experience: 1-2 years in customer dealing, preferably in UK-based companies

Salary: Rs32,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month, including incentives up to Rs15,00.

Shifts: Rotational shifts for males; morning shift for females. Work-from-home option available after probation.
