Job Description
Base Camp Data Solutions Limited, based in Islamabad, is seeking a fluent Urdu and English-speaking Call Center Agent to join our team. In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities: Handle high-volume calls, provide product information, process orders and returns, and maintain customer records while meeting satisfaction targets.
Requirements: Fluency in Urdu and English, high school diploma, 1-2 years of customer service experience, and strong communication skills.
Job Type: Part-time | Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
