Job Description

Join our dynamic call center team as a Customer Support Representative! We are looking for dedicated, customer-focused agents to be the first point of contact for our clients.

Position: Customer Support Representative

Experience: Minimum 3 months in inbound customer handling

Location: Onsite – Lahore

Positions Available: 20+

Salary: Gross salary starts from Rs22,00.00 to Rs27,00.00 per month, including KPIs.

Shifts: Flexible (morning, evening, night), 8-hour shifts with a 1-hour break.

Applicants should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant Urdu accent, and the ability to handle pressure empathetically.
