We are seeking a dedicated Outbound Customer Service Representative for our FinTech project. Candidates should have a solid finance background and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities: Contact customers about outstanding payments, negotiate repayment plans, and maintain accurate records in our CRM.

Qualifications: Graduation in any field, preferred experience in banking or finance collections, strong communication skills, and MS Office proficiency.
