Job Description
Job Overview:
NewGen Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Medicare Verifier to join our team in Rawalpindi. In this role, you will verify and confirm Medicare eligibility for beneficiaries, handle inbound calls, and assist customers with their inquiries regarding Medicare coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
– Verify Medicare eligibility and coverage details.
– Respond to inbound calls and provide accurate information.
– Assist customers with claims inquiries and coverage issues.
– Maintain accurate records and stay updated on Medicare regulations.
Qualifications:
– Experience in healthcare or call center environments is a plus.
– Strong knowledge of Medicare programs.
– Excellent communication skills.
