Job Description
Nexus Technologies is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to aid in building, maintaining, and troubleshooting our expanding infrastructure. You will provide technical support to remote customers through calls, tickets, and chat. The role requires expertise in configuring and troubleshooting Unix/Windows platforms, managing infrastructure security, and conducting application performance monitoring.
Required qualifications include a BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, 2 years of relevant experience, and familiarity with web technologies and virtualization. Experience with AWS is a plus.
