Job Description

Join Shan Communications as a Call Center Verifier! We are seeking motivated individuals for a Full-time Night Shift role in a dynamic environment.

Role Overview:

• Handle inbound calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
• Provide accurate information and suggest additional services when necessary.
• Document interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; must be 18+ years old.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Location: Rawalpindi (Preferred)

Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
