Job Description

Shift Timings: Mon-Fri (9am to 6pm)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Manage employee benefits and payroll systems.
• Implement HR policies in line with legislation.
• Facilitate employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Maintain employee records compliant with labor laws.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Human Resources; 3 years of HR experience; strong knowledge of HR principles; excellent organizational skills.
