Job Description
Chawla Footwear is seeking an experienced and driven Production Head to oversee all aspects of the production process in our footwear manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal productivity and maintain high-quality standards while managing operations efficiently to meet deadlines and cost objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production schedules.
- Ensure seamless operations across departments.
- Maintain strict adherence to quality standards.
- Mentor production supervisors and floor staff.
- Manage inventory levels for raw materials and finished goods.
- Ensure compliance with safety and labor laws.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or Engineering (preferred).
- Experience in footwear or apparel production.
- Strong knowledge of production processes and machinery.
