Job Description

Base Camp Data Solutions Limited in Islamabad is looking for a fluent Urdu and English-speaking Call Center Agent. You will manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Responsibilities: Handle calls, respond to inquiries, provide product information, process orders, and maintain customer records.

Requirements: Fluent in Urdu and English, high school diploma, 1-2 years of experience, and strong technical skills.

Job Type: Part-time | Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month.
