Job Description
In this role, you will be a vital link between our customers and the company, assisting with inquiries, orders, service requests, and billing issues.
Key Responsibilities: Respond professionally to inquiries, maintain records, ensure follow-ups, and escalate grievances as needed. Aim for First Contact Resolution.
Qualifications: Excellent communication skills in Urdu and English, proficient in MS Office, and a customer-centric attitude. A bachelor’s degree is required.
