Job Description
I&K Enterprises is seeking a competent and professional HR Officer for our Head Office. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end hiring process and maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource records while generating actionable reports.
Key responsibilities include supporting HR initiatives, monitoring employee performance, and facilitating professional development.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, along with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Salary ranges from Rs35,00.00 to Rs40,00.00 with additional benefits. We are looking for female candidates located in Muslim Town, Lahore.
