Job Description
This is an onsite position with fixed afternoon hours from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities:
- Manage international customer service inquiries via phone and email.
- Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
- Follow established communication procedures and policies.
Requirements:
- Intermediate or fresh candidates with up to 6 months of experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Freshers encouraged to apply; experience in international customer support is a plus.
