Job Description
Grand City Developing Pakistan is seeking a Building Controller to oversee construction activities in Kharian.
Key Responsibilities:
- Issue Construction Approvals and Completion Certificates according to specifications.
- Execute work as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct weekly site visits to address issues alongside Site Inspectors, Clients, and Contractors.
- Prepare and present reports to higher management.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Design, and Development Departments.
- Maintain records related to BUILDING CONTROL and share with management.
- Ensure compliance with HSE (Health and Safety Environment) regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting from Rs70,00.00 per month
