Job Description
Markloops is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist for our ecommerce brand, located in our onsite office near Sadder Rawalpindi. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, with preference given to those knowledgeable in car parts.
Responsibilities:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in an e-commerce setting or call center.
- Manage a team providing exceptional customer support.
- Oversee service processes and resolve complaints.
- Conduct training and ensure standard service delivery.
- Monitor performance and conduct quality assurance surveys.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
