Job Description
Pakson International Plastic Industries (Pvt.) Ltd is seeking a dynamic HR Head to lead our human resources initiatives. The ideal candidate will develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our business goals, oversee talent acquisition and retention, and drive employee engagement through effective performance management systems. You will foster a culture of continuous learning and ensure compliance with labor laws while managing payroll operations.
Qualifications include a BBA/MBA in HR and 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing setting. This is a full-time position located in Gujranwala, offering a competitive salary of Rs100,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month.
