Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and professional Female Guest Representative Officer (GRO) to join our team at Cheese & Cheese. As a GRO, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about our services.
- Manage reservations to ensure smooth check-ins/check-outs.
