Job Description
Reall Time is expanding its Customer Service Department and is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team. Ideal candidates will have basic to strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, Live Chat, and social media.
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
- Cancel or upgrade accounts as necessary.
We’re looking for those who can work night shifts and overtime if required. Prior experience in Call Centers is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
