Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist with product selections, orders, and returns.
- Resolve complaints with empathy and provide product information.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of customer care experience (preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
