Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Urdu Language Intern to join our team at YA-Tech. Responsibilities include:
- Answering calls professionally
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Handling customer complaints
- Providing product and service information
- Processing orders and applications
- Identifying priority issues
- Coordinating with departments for follow-ups
- Generating business leads
- Performing other tasks as assigned
Remuneration: Rs25,00.00 – Rs28,00.00/month
Leaves: 10 Sick, 10 Casual, 7 Annual (after one year)
