Position: Quality Evaluator (Telecom Industry)

Role Overview:
As a Quality Evaluator, you will monitor and enhance call quality standards to ensure exceptional service and maintain customer satisfaction in the telecom sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor call center interactions for compliance.
- Provide feedback to agents for performance improvement.
- Identify trends and recommend training programs.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English & Urdu.
- Graduation (14 years of education) required.
- 1-2 years experience in call center or quality assurance.
- Attention to detail and tech-savvy.
Pay: Rs80,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month
