Job Description
Relevant Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service is an asset.
The Helpline Operators will assess calls from survivors of violence, maintain confidentiality, document calls, and provide emotional support.
