Job Description
We are seeking a talented and data-driven E-Commerce Business Analyst to join our remote team at K Media. You will be instrumental in analyzing business data, improving operational efficiencies, and enhancing customer satisfaction for our online store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize product listings, pricing, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs and performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Coordinate with IT for seamless integration of e-commerce tools.
Requirements:
