Job Description
Innovative Infinity Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our night shift team (6:00 PM to 1:00 AM). The ideal candidate will possess strong HR knowledge and BPO experience to provide support and ensure operational efficiency.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining employee records
- Managing payroll and benefits
- Overseeing recruitment processes
- Providing HR policy guidance
- Evaluating employee performance
- Addressing grievances and disciplinary matters
- Implementing employee relations programs
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, relevant HR experience, understanding of employment law, excellent communication skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
